Dan Reinhardt was a part of the design team at Astle/Ericson & Associates during the design and construction of this facility. The project was completed in 1991.

This facility includes a large-span work area with a sophisticated conveyor system to transport packages to a concourse area where they are loaded onto shuttle trucks and carried to the airplanes. The building also has a delivery dock and a large public area with both box and service lobbies. Located off of Abbot Drive and connected to the airplane concourse, the facility features pre-cast concrete parapet and banding that create a balanced and uniform appearance.
